That journey began in 1990, when Ron McCarthy founded PBI (Pool Builders Inc.). Over the course of more than 36 years, Mr. McCarthy became recognized not only for his exceptional craftsmanship but also for the values that defined his career—honesty, loyalty, integrity, respect, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
To him, every swimming pool represented more than a construction project. It represented a family's investment, a place where memories would be created, and a responsibility to deliver work that would stand the test of time. His reputation was built one satisfied customer at a time, always placing quality above convenience and doing the right thing, even when no one was watching.
